Key Responsibility Areas:
- Exhibit a strong hunter’s instinct to identify, generate, and convert business leads with corporate clients to meet targets and drive company growth.
- Strategically plan, execute, and oversee sales operations to achieve accelerated business outcomes.
- Ensure complete end-to-end fulfilment for all secured orders with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives, maintaining strict adherence to SLAs, and support marketing initiatives as required.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, fearless, and innovative attitude with a relentless drive for excellence.
- Schedule and lead meetings with senior management and CXO-level clients.
- Showcase exceptional negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
- Deliver impactful presentations and conduct effective product suite demonstrations.
- Analyse customer needs to identify business opportunities and propose customized solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term client partnerships.
- Provide consistent business updates through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management.
- Proven expertise in B2B inside sales and hardcore inside sales activities.
- Operate as an independent contributor, actively generating leads, prospecting, and conducting cold calls.
