*Recipe Execution: Accurately measuring, weighing, and dispensing raw materials (flour, sugar, eggs, leavening agents, and emulsifiers) according to strict Britannia standard operating procedures (SOPs)
*Machine Operation :Operating and calibrating industrial mixers, ensuring mixing speeds, Mixing Sequence, cycle times, and temperature controls meet product specifications
*Quality & Consistency Control: Monitoring batter consistency, viscosity, and temperature in real-time. They routinely conduct visual inspections and coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams for raw material traceability and final batch checks
*Safety & Hygiene : Strictly adhering to Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
*Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine preventative maintenance, clearing blockages, and conducting daily sanitization of mixing tanks and work surfaces
*Record Keeping: Logging batch yields, ingredient consumption, and equipment parameters to meet production schedules and corporate traceability standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
