Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager who can drive marketing strategy and execution across digital platforms, events, workshops, and brand communication. The role focuses on building visibility, driving admissions, and creating a strong and cohesive parent engagement journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies across brands and programs
- Manage digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Website & Google
- Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Drive admissions through campaigns, events, and workshops
- Create engaging content, reels, captions, and promotional material
- Maintain brand identity and oversee creative execution
- Track campaign performance, leads, ROI, and analytics
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and partners
- Build seamless online and offline parent engagement experiences
