Job Summary
To drive sales growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand market presence across the assigned region. The role requires expertise in channel sales, project sales, distributor management, and team leadership within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans.
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, contractor, architect, and project networks.
- Strengthen channel relationships to increase market penetration.
- Monitor pricing, credit control, and overall business performance.
- Lead brand promotion and market development initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and manage regional sales teams.
- Optimize resource utilization and control operational costs.
- Coordinate ATL, BTL, and exhibition activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Civil Engineering background preferred.
- 8–15 years of sales experience, including significant experience in the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of channel sales and project sales.
- Experience managing dealers, distributors, and regional sales networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling regional or state-level sales responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of market development and channel expansion strategies.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
