1. Knowledge of HR policy
2. Knowledge of Labor Law & Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliances, legal regulations, minimum wage laws, and third-party employment rules, PF ESIC, GENERATIONS AND FROM KNOWLEDGE.
3. Knowledge of Attendance & Payroll Processing.
4. Sound knowledge in excel.
5. Knowledge of notice reply to government office.
6. 3 visit of site every month.
7. Visit to pf esic and labour office.
8. Collaborating with client companies to understand their needs.
9. Grievance Redressal: Resolving issues, complaints, and conflicts for remote workers who do not work at the head office.
10. Onboarding & Separation of employees: Managing contract terminations, final settlements, and exit processes when a client project end.
11. 1+ year of experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
