Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong technical expertise in the cutting tools industry? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Gurgaon operations and drive business growth across key industrial regions.
Role Highlights:
- Lead sales across Trade, OEM & Key Accounts
- Drive ₹20 Cr annual target with focus on profitable growth
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
- Expand dealer network and strengthen market presence
- Deliver value-based selling through application support and ROI-driven solutions
Territory: Gurgaon, Bhiwadi, Bawal, Neemrana, Jaipur & Jodhpur.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in cutting tools / industrial sales
- Strong understanding of machining processes (drilling, milling, tapping, etc.)
- Proven experience in OEM & key account management
- Background in Mechanical/automotive/engineering industry preferred
