We are hiring a professional Front Desk Receptionist with 3–5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, experience handling VVIP clients, coordinating with sales teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage the front desk professionally.
- Handle VVIP clients and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments and support the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records, client databases, and office documentation.
- Perform data entry, filing, courier coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, petty cash, and daily office operations.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and professional at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of Front Desk/Reception experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Experience interacting with VVIP clients.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
