We are looking for a Shift Engineer with strong experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) operations and maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP maintenance and facility management.
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, pumps, and building services.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain MEP systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Attend and resolve technical breakdowns promptly.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain service records and prepare shift reports.
- Coordinate with facility teams for smooth functioning of the premises.
