WE ARE HIRING | SPECIAL EDUCATOR
Kudoz International Pre School, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad is looking for a dedicated, responsible and compassionate Special Educator to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is genuinely committed to working with children with additional needs and is looking for a stable, long-term association with the school.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with children requiring additional learning and developmental support
- Conduct regular observations and maintain detailed progress records
- Support children in academics, communication, behaviour, social skills and classroom participation
- Coordinate with class teachers, therapists and parents
- Adapt classroom activities according to individual needs
- Monitor and document the child’s progress regularly
- Maintain professional confidentiality and ethical standards
- Participate actively in parent meetings and school activities
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✔ Qualified Special Educator – RCI certification preferred
✔ Experience working with children in a preschool/school environment
✔ Good understanding of developmental and learning difficulties
✔ Strong observation, documentation and communication skills
✔ Good command of English communication
✔ Patient, empathetic and emotionally mature
✔ Presentable and professional personality
✔ Responsible, punctual and committed
✔ Willing to take ownership and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ Candidates looking for a long-term career association are strongly preferred
