Position:
International Voice Process Executive - (UAE Telecom – DU Client)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with UAE telecom customers over voice calls.
- Handle payment-related discussions professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.
- Work in an international client environment with fixed salary and incentives.
Job requirements:
- Freshers welcome (+2 pass-outs & degree holders can apply).
- Experience in collections/international voice process is a plus, not mandatory .
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work as per UAE working days and holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
