Part-Time HR — Studio Team
We’re looking for a part-time HR to help us grow and shape the kind of ecosystem we want around our studio. The role mainly focuses on hiring, onboarding, team coordination, and finding people who align with our creative and work culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring and talent scouting
- Building and maintaining a strong team culture
- Coordinating interviews and onboarding
- Helping structure workflows and team systems
- Supporting long-term team and ecosystem growth
We’re looking for someone who understands people, communication, and creative environments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
