We are hiring Interior Designer – Sales professionals for our Gurugram office to handle residential interior sales projects, including modular kitchens and full home interiors.
This is a sales-focused role with execution accountability. Candidates are expected to manage client expectations realistically in terms of scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and walk-in leads for interior projects
- Understand client requirements and budget constraints
- Present design options, materials, and cost breakups clearly
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for accurate proposals
- Close deals with clearly defined scope and payment milestones
- Maintain structured follow-ups and lead records
Requirements
- Experience in interior sales or interior design with client-facing exposure
- Practical knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution limitations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage timelines and client expectations without overcommitment
