We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and organized Bookstore Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bookstore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about books, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing sales, customer relationships, inventory, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with book recommendations and purchases.
- Handle customer follow-ups through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, libraries, and institutions through regular outreach.
- Manage billing, purchase entries, and basic store administration.
- Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and ensure attractive book displays.
- Ensure the bookstore remains well-organized, clean, and customer-friendly.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, billing software).
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in retail, bookstores, or customer service is preferred.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
