Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PR Manager to lead and execute public relations strategies for our entertainment projects, artists, and brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong media relationships, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working with entertainment, media, film production houses, OTT platforms, or PR agencies handling celebrity and entertainment accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR and communication strategies for films, web series, celebrities, and entertainment projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses.
- Coordinate press conferences, media interactions, promotional events, and red-carpet appearances.
- Prepare press releases, media notes, interviews, and other communication materials.
- Manage celebrity and talent publicity campaigns.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports and campaign performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Liaise with production houses, talent agencies, brands, and event partners.
- Stay updated with entertainment trends and industry developments.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong media and journalist network within the entertainment industry.
- Experience in managing celebrity, film, OTT, or entertainment brand campaigns.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Candidates from agencies such as Spice PR, Universal Communications, Communicate India, Perfect Relations, or similar entertainment PR firms will be preferred.
Preferred Background:
Experience working with film production houses, OTT platforms, music labels, celebrity management agencies, or entertainment PR agencies will be an added advantage.
