Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients from contract signing to service activation.
- Ensure all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding.
- Provide product/service training and guidance to clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Address client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Process & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and onboarding status.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, client servicing or onboarding roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
