Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in corporate/in-house recruitment environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
