We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing drawings and layouts, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring that projects are executed according to the approved design, quality standards, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 3D models, renders, and presentations for client approvals.
- Select appropriate materials, colours, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
- Prepare material specifications and assist with quantity estimation when required.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and workmanship.
- Ensure that the execution matches the approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify design or execution issues at the site and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design changes, selections, and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain drawings, BOQs, material schedules, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding materials, quotations, samples, and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that the design is practical, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within the approved budget.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.
- Perform other design and project-related duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max / V-Ray or similar rendering software
- Photoshop
- MS Office
- Good understanding of working drawings and technical details.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current interior design trends and materials will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial interior projects is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience: MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
Experience in residential villas, apartments, commercial buildings, or turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
