About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and energetic Business Development Executives to drive sales for our TAM (Time & Attendance Management System) and Payroll solutions. The role involves field visits, client meetings, lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals with businesses.
Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Meet HR Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers directly
- Conduct product presentations and demos for clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update and maintain sales activities in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 0–4 year experience in Field Sales / Software Sales / SaaS / HRMS / ERP sales
- Freshers can also apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic understanding of Payroll, Attendance, Leave, and HR processes is an added advantage
