Job Description
Robospecies Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Manager to support CSR partnerships and corporate fundraising initiatives for Samabhavana Foundation.
The role involves identifying corporate partners, generating CSR opportunities, building long-term relationships, and supporting education, STEM, robotics, and skill development projects.
This position requires frequent travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies for CSR partnerships.
- Generate corporate funding and sponsorship opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
- Research CSR opportunities and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations.
- Support project implementation and reporting.
- Represent the organization at corporate meetings and events.
- Travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat for business meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, CSR, NGO, Corporate Partnerships, or Fundraising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of CSR and corporate partnerships.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
This role involves extensive travel, field visits, and meeting corporate stakeholders across Maharashtra and Gujarat. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel.
Preferred
- Experience in CSR or NGO sector.
- Proposal writing experience.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
