Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (3–6 Years)
Location: Coimbatore (Work From Office)
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in software development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while ensuring successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams.
- Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and change management.
- Perform business process analysis and recommend improvements.
- Assist with API validations, system integrations, and production support.
Required Skills:
- Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Gap Analysis
- Agile Scrum, User Stories, RTM, UAT
- Jira, Visio/Draw.io, MS Office
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of Business Analyst experience in software development or digital transformation projects.
