Off Days: Every Sunday + 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month
Working Time - 5:30pm to 2:30 am
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Engagement Intern to help grow our clients' online presence by interacting with their audience, creating engaging content, and supporting day-to-day social media activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
Engage with followers to build and maintain a positive online community.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry news to improve engagement.
Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns.
Identify opportunities to increase audience growth and brand visibility.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is a plus.
Basic knowledge of AI tools.
Understanding of social media analytics is an advantage.
Understanding of engagement metrics (reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves)
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of google workspace (docs, sheets, drive)
