- Planning of shift production activity, and execution of production orders as directed by production manager and ensuring that requirement are met as per Spec.
- Ensuring good housekeeping and preventive maintenance.
- Preparation and maintenance of all production records, BMR, and assisting to Batch reporting, costing, and accounting of incoming and outgoing material preparation.
- Initiating appropriate measures for cost reduction.
- Coordinating with Quality control, Research and development department to ensure that production is carried out as per the prescribed process plan.
- Ensuring that optimum yield and recovery is achieved in the production.
- Sending effluent generated at various plants to ETP.
- Directing Casual labour to perform their task and ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
- Handling day to day shift operations by removing bottleneck and ensuring smooth stream flow of processes in the shift.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of surrounding and proper housekeeping using SS standards without causing inadvertent contamination.
- Supervising the cleaning of machines by workers properly to ensure that no contamination occurs.
- All the supervisors should follow their work instructions according to PD W 001 to PD W 028 protocols allotted by Production manager/incharge.
- Develop and implement environmental procedures and protocols to minimize the organization's environmental impact.
DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Degree/Master degree in chemical/mechanical engineering /chemistry with experience of minimum 4 - 8 years.
2. Good mathematical skills and familiarity with analytical quantitative calculations.
3. Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower.
4. Team player who can adopt to dynamic work environment.
5. Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, GMP, KOSHER, HALAL standards.
