Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Create Motion Graphics: Develop and execute original motion graphics for various projects, including video ads, explainer videos, social media content, and branding animations.
- Video Editing: Edit video footage, ensuring high-quality visuals, smooth transitions, and engaging effects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, marketing teams, and clients to develop concepts, storyboards, and final deliverables.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and video production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator are essential.
- Animation Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement.
- Video Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of video production processes, including sound synchronization and video editing.
- Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects is crucial.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to design challenges.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in visual design and production.
Required Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in motion graphic design.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic projects.
- Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Pune
- Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
