- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new product launches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Follow company policies and store SOPs
