Task Force Interiors is reinventing its Business Development Team in Bengaluru.
We're looking for a relationship-driven professional who understands how opportunities are created within the Commercial Interior Fit-out industry and enjoys working closely with Corporate Clients, Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Developers and Corporate Real Estate professionals.
We're specifically looking for candidates with Business Development / Client Relationship experience from:
- Commercial Interior Fit-out Contractors
- Design & Build Companies
- Architecture & Interior Design Firms
- Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Firms
- Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Advisory Firms
- Commercial Construction / Turnkey Contracting Companies
- Office Furniture, Workplace Solutions, Building Materials, MEP, HVAC or allied companies serving the Commercial Interior industry
- Candidates with an existing network across Architects, PMCs, Corporate Clients, Developers, IPCs and Workplace Consultants will have a distinct advantage.
Please Note: This role is intended for professionals from the above industries. Candidates from unrelated Business Development backgrounds may not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Oversight -
- Identify and develop upcoming Commercial Interior Fit-out, Corporate Workplace, Healthcare, Hospitality and Institutional project opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Corporate Clients, Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, IPCs, Developers and Workplace Consultants.
- Track upcoming office expansions, relocations, refurbishments and workplace transformation projects.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and CRM records.
Client Relationship Management -
- Represent Task Force Interiors during client meetings, presentations and networking engagements.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to position the right solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the business development lifecycle.
Proposal & Tender Coordination -
- Coordinate Pre-Qualification submissions, capability presentations, RFPs and Tender submissions.
- Work closely with Estimation, Design and Project teams during proposal development.
- Track proposal status, client feedback and business conversion.
Strategic Growth & Market Intelligence -
- Monitor Commercial Real Estate developments and emerging project opportunities.
- Support leadership with account development, market intelligence and business planning.
- Prepare client reports, meeting minutes and opportunity updates.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of relevant Business Development or Client Relationship experience.
- Strong understanding of the Commercial Interior Fit-out / Design & Build project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive and relationship-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
- Candidates currently based in Bengaluru will be preferred.
