Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning within Snowflake environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages to automate data workflows.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues.
