We are looking for a creative, energetic, and skilled Bartender to anchor our beverage program. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks that match the vibe of our cafe. Ranging from artisan mocktails and refreshing cold brews during the daytime to curated cocktails and standard bar favorites in the evening.
You aren't just a drink maker; you are a key part of the guest experience. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of flavor profiles, and takes pride in a clean, organized, and visually stunning bar presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Mixology
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, mocktails, infused teas, and specialty iced drinks) according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong mixology skills, including precise measuring, shaking, stirring, and garnishing, while keeping pace with a fast-moving floor.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal beverage menus, curate unique ingredient pairings, and design visually appealing signature drinks.
Guest Interaction & Counter Service
- Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders, make tailored recommendations based on taste preferences, and explain unique menu ingredients.
- Assess guest needs, verify identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance, and practice responsible alcohol service.
Bar Operations & Inventory Control
- Set up the bar station before service, ensuring all ice wells, glassware, garnishes, syrups, and tools are fully stocked and ready.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, fresh fruits, syrups, and bar consumables; report low stock and assist with weekly ordering.
- Maintain an accurate log of daily bar wastage and spillages to help manage beverage cost percentages.
Cleanliness & Safety Compliance
- Keep the entire bar area, counters, shelves, and under-counter fridges meticulously clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
- Operate, clean, and maintain specialized bar equipment (blenders, ice machines, glass washers, draft taps).
- Adhere strictly to all local food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
