About the Role:
We’re hiring for a US Healthcare Voice Process.
You’ll be handling inbound/outbound calls for US clients, assisting with patient queries, insurance verification, claims, and medical billing support.
Key Requirements:
Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service/BPO/Call Center - Mandatory
Skills: Excellent English communication - both verbal + accent neutrality preferred
Age: Upto 40 years max
Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts | Home drop provided
Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational off
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
