Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you’ll be the front-runner of our internal hiring engine. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the recruitment process end-to-end—sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate data across tools and systems.
This role demands strong communication skills, organizational discipline, and a passion for building high-performance teams. You’ll play a vital part in shaping our culture and scaling our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other networks.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with department leads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, call logs, and interview status sheets.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and JD specifics.
- Schedule interviews using internal calendars and ensure timely communication.
- Support documentation and onboarding processes when required.
What You’ll Need
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment ( in agency or tech hiring is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and engaging in professional conversations.
- Strong attention to detail and task follow-through.
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines in parallel.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
