Ideal Candidate:
A polished and confident telecaller with 1-4 years of experience, who can comfortably converse with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) CXOs, entrepreneurs, architects & interior designers.
Key Responsibility:
- Conduct outbound calls to High-end Suppliers
- Introduce products, services, events, or business opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.
- Schedule meetings and appointments if needed
- Maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate call logs.
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional command over English with a neutral or polished accent.
- Experience interacting with HNIs, luxury clientele, or corporate decision-makers.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and tactfully.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
