1. Structural Design
Design precast concrete structural systems for industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
Perform structural analysis and design in accordance with applicable international and local codes.
Design foundations, columns, beams, wall panels, slabs, staircases, retaining walls, culverts, and other precast elements.
Optimize structural designs for production efficiency, transportation, and erection.
2. Precast Engineering
Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for precast buildings in Revit
Prepare fabrication/shop drawings with reinforcement detailing, embedded items,
lifting anchors, connection details, and inserts using Revit.
Develop erection drawings and connection details.
Coordinate with production and site erection teams to resolve technical issues.
Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural compatibility.
3.Coordination
Coordinate with architects, consultants, production engineers, and project managers.
Participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in BIM Level of Development (LOD 100 to LOD 500), including conceptual modelling, detailed design, fabrication, construction documentation, and as-built models.

Strong knowledge of precast concrete design principles.
Experience in structural analysis of RCC and precast systems.
Understanding of lifting, transportation, and erection load cases.
Knowledge of connection design for precast structures.
Ability to prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules.
Familiarity with IS Codes, ACI, Eurocode, or BS standards.
Ability to perform structural optimization for cost-effective production.
Good understanding of concrete technology and precast manufacturing processes.
Comprehensive understanding of BIM workflows and Level of Development (LOD 100–500) including preparation and coordination of conceptual, design, fabrication, erection, and as-built models in Revit.
Ability to create and manage Revit families, coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, perform clash detection, and ensure model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
