Apex Metals is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient operations, maintain quality standards, and manage shop-floor manpower. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor machine performance, including roll forming, bending, and sheet processing machines.
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.
Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer requirements.
Maintain production records, reports, and inventory consumption data.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for timely order completion.
Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Train and guide machine operators and production staff.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
Pay: ₹10,320.03 - ₹34,078.96 per month
