About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Interior Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed interior drawings and converting design concepts into accurate technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2D drawings and 3D interior models
- Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and detailed drawings
- Convert design concepts into technical drawings
- Revise drawings based on client and designer feedback
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Prepare shop drawings and maintain project documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp and Revit preferred
- Understanding of interior detailing and materials
- Knowledge of drafting standards and construction methods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or interior projects
