Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to support business growth.
- Provide training and guidance to sales staff when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in facilities management or related sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership qualities with a target-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
