Job Requirements As a member of Tanishq IBD’s Content Team, this role is responsible for driving visual storytelling across business and customer-facing touchpoints, conceptualising and executing high-quality creative output across regions and verticals. The role supports day-to-day content needs while contributing to larger brand- and business-led initiatives across markets. The Visual Storyteller will play a central role in shaping how Tanishq International’s stories are seen, felt, and experienced across every customer touchpoint- from storefront windows to digital screens, CRM communication to product pages. This role goes beyond design. It sits at the intersection of art direction, content creation, visual strategy, and light copywriting - operating in the space between a content creator and an art director. Objective: To elevate the visual and written storytelling standards of Tanishq International and build a globally benchmarked aesthetic that deeply understands and reflects the international Indian customer. The role involves developing compelling visual content aligned with brand aesthetics, ideating and crafting strong visual narratives across website, in-store experiences, CRM, and catalogue content, and translating business and marketing objectives into clear, on-brand creative solutions. The Visual Storyteller will own and art-direct product and brand shoots from concept to execution, ensuring the final output aligns with Tanishq IBD’s overall brand tone, direction and quality benchmarks. In addition, this role will act as a custodian of Tanishq IBD’s visual language across all customer-facing touchpoints- maintaining consistency, coherence, and high creative standards across regions and formats. The individual is expected to proactively identify content gaps and opportunities, propose relevant creative ideas and formats, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver work that meets both brand and business objectives, while adhering to Tanishq and global design standards. LINK TO COMPLETE JDWork Experience Formal Education in Writing/Design/ Visual Communication / Communication Design. 6-8 years in copywriting, advertising or visual design Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle, with an active awareness of trends and industry developments. High sense of ownership and accountability. Imaginative and curious, continually exploring new ways to express ideas. Excellent visual thinking and conceptual skill. Ability to adapt across multiple design styles. Exposure to international markets is an advantage Digital Platform Awareness is important. What are some of the upcoming formats, features, etc. Copywriting, Photoshop, Illustrator, Interest in AI & digital art is an added advantage.
