Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Production team as Machinists. No prior experience in all machining processes is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. The selected candidates will be trained in various manufacturing operations involved in the production of precision glass mould components.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform drilling operations on cast iron, steel, bronze, and other engineering materials.
- Operate and assist with EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) processes.
- Carry out polishing, grinding, deburring, and finishing of machined components.
- Perform tapping, reaming, and manual fitting operations.
- Assist in assembling and disassembling mould components.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and machines.
- Follow all company safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and PPE requirements.
- Report machine issues, quality concerns, or production delays to the supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace discipline.
Training Provided
Successful candidates will receive structured training in:
- Conventional drilling machines
- EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
- Grinding and polishing techniques
- Bench fitting and assembly
- Measuring instruments and quality inspection
- Engineering drawing interpretation
- Safe machine operation and workplace safety
- Production quality standards
Qualifications
- ITI in Machinist, Fitter, Turner, Tool & Die Maker, or a related trade is preferred.
- Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering may also apply.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
