Job Summary
Support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records and update HRMS.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate background verification and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in daily HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
