Job description
The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining brand standards, and achieving business profitability across Coffee Katha outlets and franchise locations. The role involves managing sales performance, customer experience, staff productivity, inventory control, vendor coordination, and operational excellence while ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities to improve revenue.
- Support franchise development and expansion activities.
- Ensure achievement of outlet-wise and territory-wise sales goals.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of Coffee Katha outlets to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with Coffee Katha brand standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures, hygiene standards, and customer service quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and stock availability.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, furniture, and operational assets.
- Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
3. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
- Ensure accurate stock management and periodic stock audits.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Track food and beverage costs and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Approve purchases and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Manage outlet-wise inventory planning, stock allocation, and cost control to ensure optimal stock availability, reduced wastage, and maximum operational profitability across all Coffee Katha outlets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, retail, or franchise operations.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, operations, customer service, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and business reporting tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
