Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
- Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital advertising strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with keyword research tools and competitor analysis.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
