We're hiring an experienced and passionate Indian Mithai & Dessert Chef with strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian sweets, traditional desserts, kulfi, and ice creams for our growing cloud kitchen-cum-restaurant in Srinagar. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining consistency in taste, texture, presentation and quality while preparing both regular and bulk orders. The candidate should be disciplined, hard-working, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness. Key Responsibilties:
- Prepare authentic Indian sweets, desserts, and ice creams.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
- Handle bulk production without compromising quality.
- Follow standard recipes and production procedures.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Indian sweets and traditional desserts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Disciplined, hard-working and reliable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
