- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and automation within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT operations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and incident management within IT operations.
