Job Role:
Telecaller Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students through calls and explain course details.
- Generate and qualify leads for Digital Marketing and DA/DS courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions/demo classes for students.
- Maintain records of calls and student interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Interest in the education/EdTech industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
