Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Training Manager to design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs. The role is responsible for identifying training needs, improving employee skills, enhancing workplace performance, and supporting the organization’s overall growth objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify employee training needs through performance evaluations, skill gap analysis, and discussions with department heads.
- Develop and implement effective training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.
- Collaborate with managers to create career development and employee growth plans.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Ensure training activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor employee performance improvements after training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in training, learning & development.
Strong knowledge of employee development methods and training techniques.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Experience:

Pay: ₹15,708.60 - ₹25,000.00 per month
