About the Role
Nyranya Jewellery is looking for friendly, responsible, and customer-focused staff to join our rental jewellery business. The candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, manage rental bookings and returns, and ensure the jewellery is handled and maintained carefully.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery for weddings, functions, and special occasions.
- Explain rental options, pricing, terms, and booking procedures.
- Handle jewellery issue and return processes carefully.
- Maintain proper records of rentals, returns, and jewellery inventory.
- Check jewellery condition before and after rental.
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, collections, and returns.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewellery.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
- Customer-friendly attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and trustworthy while handling jewellery.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Jewellery showroom, boutique, bridal, retail, or customer-service experience is an added advantage.
