- Prepare and cook Continental cuisine dishes
- Design and plan menus with a focus on seasonal and fresh ingredients
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet established standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for supplies when necessary
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in food preparation
