Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month (based on communication & experience)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person for an Australian process. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, prior experience in operations, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and/or inbound calls for Australian clients
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Manage call operations efficiently and maintain call quality
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
- Maintain proper call records and reports
Required Skills & Experience
- Very fluent English communication (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in calling/operations (Australia process preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Work Timings
- Flexible working hours (as per Australian shift requirements)
