About the Role
Drive International School of Design's franchise expansion on the ground. Work closely with the Franchise Sales Head to convert qualified leads into signed franchise agreements. Own your territory pipeline end-to-end — from first conversation with a prospective franchisee to onboarding handoff — while maintaining strong post-signing relationships that set franchisees up for early success.
Key Responsibilities
● Close 4-5 franchise deals monthly within assigned territory
● Manage and nurture a pipeline of 100+ prospects at any given time
● Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and franchise discovery sessions with prospects
● Coordinate with tele-callers to qualify and move leads through the funnel
● Prepare and present franchise proposals, investment decks, and ROI models to
prospects
● Support franchisees post-signing through the onboarding and launch phase
● Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reports, and weekly forecasts for the Sales
Head
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
