Roles & Responsibility:
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer data.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Manage leads in the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate sales contracts and sales agreements to finalize sales
- Prospect leads through relevant channels and media.
- Conducting follow-ups with leads to ensure they are converted into sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
