Role Overview:
We are hiring ambitious MBA / PGDM, BBA, and management students for a high-impact B2B SaaS Business Development & Strategic Partnerships internship driving institutional adoption across Healthcare, Education, and Living Spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Sector Market Research: Map and identify prospective institutional clients across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, colleges, and hostel/PG chains in assigned territories.
- Institutional Outreach: Pitch directly to key decision-makers (Doctors, Hospital Administrators, College Directors/Principals, Facility Heads, and PG Owners).
- Product Walkthroughs & Demos: Present SmartNex HealthVault and SmartNex Hostel OS platforms to prospective B2B clients.
- Pipeline & Deal Closures: Manage the sales cycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
- GTM & Growth Strategy: Work directly with the founding team to refine sector-specific sales decks, pitch scripts, and Go-To-Market campaigns.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA, PGDM, BBA, or related management degrees (Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or General Management).
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for B2B tech, SaaS, HealthTech, and early-stage startup growth.
- Availability for 10–15 hours/week for 2 to 3 months (Flexible / Remote).
Compensation & Rewards:
- High Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 per qualifying institutional closure + ₹1,000/month recurring passive payout per active client (Earning potential: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+/month).
