As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for an Investment Coordinator to support our growing team of Investment Consultants and Senior Investment Specialists.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to own all post-production output for Baron & Cabot. You will edit Instagram Reels, YouTube content, LinkedIn videos, property walkthroughs, founder content, sales videos, and paid ad cut-downs with a premium luxury brand aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Short Form Video
- Edit short form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Add subtitles, captions, motion graphics, and overlays
- Maintain brand consistency and pacing
- Deliver platform optimised exports
Founder & Sales Team Content
- Edit founder and sales team videos weekly
- Apply colour grading, audio enhancement and overlays
- Produce multiple cuts from single shoots
- Coordinate messaging and pacing with the Marketing Manager
Property & Brand Films
- Edit property walkthrough films and luxury brand campaigns
- Integrate drone footage, colour grading, and licensed music
- Produce testimonial and brand storytelling edits
Ad Video Production
- Create 6 second, 15 second and 30 second ad variants
- Apply direct response editing principles
- Collaborate with performance marketing for creative optimisation
YouTube Channel
- Design and manage thumbnails with the design team
- Manage chapters, end screens and cards
- Optimise exports for YouTube performance

Must Have Requirements
- 4+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills
- Ability to handle high-volume editing workloads
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills
- Experience with motion graphics and multi-format delivery
- Strong project and file management skills

- DaVinci Resolve colour grading experience
- Real estate or property content editing experience
- Drone footage integration experience
- Vertical first social content experience
- YouTube editing and optimisation experience

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
